I'd describe my personality as cheerful, patient, caring I like working with kids because they are fun, they make me laugh, they give me joy! I'm looking for a job that allows me to utilize my skills and more than 24 years experience as a child care professional to provide a wholesome and enjoyable environment for the children I care for. As one of 11 children I have cared for children almost all my life. I have worked in a church nursery for 24 years In my spare time, I like to walk, bike, garden and spend time with my teenage daughter One thing you should know about me is that I am punctual, reliable and focused on the job when I am at work My top skill is gaining cooperation from in a positive way. I am able to calm tantrums, engage the shy child, and negotiate good behavior with a stubborn child. I am patient, calm and truly love working with children
