Deysi has been helping us for the past month on a part-time basis (30-40hrs/week) to take care of our 11-month-old son. She has been fantastic in helping us, first-time parents, with resetting his nap schedule (after holiday travel across the globe), introducing new foods, meal prep, his laundry and in general keeping the play area and his room tidy. She keeps my son engaged through the day by reading, singing, taking him to classes in the neighborhood, park, library, rec center, etc. Since I work from home, I often hear the two of them laughing and giggling. She is punctual and very dependable. Had we not had a commitment to join a nanny share we would have happily kept her on full time.
