Hi! I'm Destiny and I just want to warn you that I'm a funaholic! I have a decade of experience as a private nanny. A nanny who cancels can throw off an entire household so reliableness is my first priority. My approach is very hands on and while I understand the importance of kids having structure - I believe they have to be heard as well in order to respect new authoritative figures in their life.
