About Destiny

Hello, my name is Destiny! I am a Speech therapist at SBCSC, and the occasional nanny for local families in my area. I have been a member of Care. com for about five years (logged out of my old account), and have babysat for families long-term, part-time, during vacations, holidays, COVID-19, etc. As a nanny, one of my many tasks was to help with homework. However, I am more familiar with grades K-10. I am open to making lesson plans, and working with teachers to help your child reach their academic goals. I do not have a preference on where the tutoring takes place, and am open to wherever works best. I have my education certification, have taken many child developmental courses throughout undergrad, am CPR certified, and am vaccinated.
