About Destiny

I highly recommend Destiny as a private caregiver. I was the primary caregiver and care manager for an elderly client for 6½ years, and Destiny worked with me caring for her for approximately five of those years. I coordinated her day-to-day care and caregivers, so I had the opportunity to work closely with Destiny and see firsthand the care she provided. During those years, our client’s needs progressed from companionship and basic assistance to full, bedbound end-of-life care. Destiny assisted with bathing and personal care, meal preparation, medications, errands, mobility, and whatever was needed as her level of care increased. Our client could be challenging at times, and Destiny handled those situations with patience and professionalism. Destiny was reliable, on time, trustworthy, and always willing to fill in when needed. I was completely comfortable having her work alone in the home and trusted her to provide care without supervision. She communicated well and worked great as part of our caregiving team. My experience with Destiny goes beyond this client. She also worked part-time with another woman I cared for, and I trusted her enough to care for my own grandmother as her live-in caregiver until she passed.
