About Destiny

I work with the youth because I believe they deserve the support and care they need. When we are young our experiences mold us into the person we are today. I want to give kids the opportunity to become the best version of themselves. I'm looking for a job that I can fit into my schedule alongside my teaching career. I first started working with kids when I was in high school. I've been in many camp counselor/teaching positions. Currently, I work as a floater/co teacher at a preschool in Silverthorne with kids that are 5yo to 2 months. In my spare time, I am biking or picking up hobbies that allow me to enjoy life with others. One thing you should know about me is I am adaptable and patient. I've had a lot of experience with various ages. I've volunteered into positions where I've had to work with kids in the outdoors, so I am capable of keeping kids safe and happy in multiple environments. My top two childcare skills include patience and open communication.
