About Destiny

Hi, my name is Destiny! I have over 8 years of professional childcare and nannying experience, working with multiple families and children ranging from infants to school-age children. I have cared for children as young as 3 months old through 6 years old, giving me experience with different developmental stages, routines, and individual needs. I have worked with children with ADHD and autism, including experience caring for a child with high-functioning autism. I understand the importance of patience, consistency, communication, and creating a comfortable environment where every child feels supported, safe, and confident. I love keeping children engaged through fun, age-appropriate activities such as painting, drawing, arts and crafts, reading, outdoor play, swimming, and educational activities. I also have experience helping children reach developmental milestones, including potty training, learning to read and write, crawling, walking, and developing independence.
