Hired Destiney for part-time childcare and thought she was a great fit for what I needed. I thought wrong. She interviewed and then set the date for when she could start and forgot about the date that SHE picked so didn't show up for the initial start date. So showed up the next work date and worked that day but didn't clean up prior to our main nanny showing up. Then her final day which would have now been her third day she sends a message via care.com at 7am to let me know she can't do the job because she's been offered another job. So literally 2hrs before her shift she lets me know this. When I had stuff on the agenda to do for the day. So if you're looking for someone to put you in a bind then this is your girl.
