My name is Dess, and I am a proud early childhood educator that understands that care in the classroom starts way before our kiddos reach the building; it starts at home. I am interested in helping families provide that care from home! I have 6 years of experience working with children ranging from pre-k to college aged and children with special needs. I really enjoy incorporating play into my caregiving while keeping things educational and letting children be the directors of their care and education.
