Hi! I'm Destinee. I recently graduated from UCLA Law and moved to the DC area. I have several years of childcare experience with kids of all ages. I worked at a summer camp where I cared for infants and toddlers from about 10 months to 2-3 years old, and I've babysat for families and friends over the years. I also grew up with a younger sister and now have a 9-year-old nephew who I spend a lot of time with, including driving him to practices and activities. I'm patient, responsible, and easygoing, and I genuinely enjoy being around kids. I'm comfortable with playtime, meals, bedtime routines, transportation, and helping wherever needed. My schedule is pretty flexible right now, and I'd love to connect with families in the DC area!

Destinee did a fantastic job with my kids -- I am so grateful she was able to make a last minute full-day request today work! She was so flexible through a changing situation with our regular childcare that involved last-minute changes, kept the kids happy and entertained (both toddler and <1), and made it so easy for me to work from home at the same time without worrying about anything. She managed multiple naps, feedings -- both bottles and solids -- and general care, and is clearly comfortable with and knowledgeable about kids of a wide variety of ages. I would definitely recommend Destinee and will absolutely hire her again.
