Hey! My name is Tina. I'd describe my personality as hard working, creative, and assertive. I like working with kids because I can connect with them easily knowing that not all children's needs are the same. I enjoy children's personality and creativeness, they keep me on my toes. I'm looking for a flexible position in a positive, growth oriented environment where I can do meaningful work. I started working with kids at home, as I am the oldest of 5, helping care for my younger siblings and later gained professional experience through working at a daycare and substituting in the schools. In my spare time, I enjoy growing my business, learning new ways to grow as an individual and as a new wife, and spending as much time as I can with my family and pets. I also enjoy self-care activities like working out, l and reading. I like planning for my future and finding new opportunities to become a well-rounded adult
