About Desiree

Hi! I'm Desiree a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with years of experience working with high-behavior children ages 2-8, including kids with autism, ADHD, and developmental delays. I specialize in supporting children with challenging behaviors using calm, patient, and evidence-based strategies that make them feel safe, understood, and engaged. I currently work full-time in ABA therapy, where I help kids build communication skills, emotional regulation, and independence. On the weekends, I offer babysitting for families who want a trustworthy, trained, and fun caregiver for their children. I'm a very chill, nurturing, and reliable person, and families appreciate that I can easily redirect behaviors, create structure when needed, and also know how to keep kids entertained with age-appropriate play, crafts, movies, and sensory-friendly activities.
