About Desiree

My goal as a tutor is to build a strong, personal relationship with my student. It is highly important to me that the student trusts me, as this truly personalizes the learning. I have been working as a tutor for over 3 years, in subjects such as English, Spanish, history, science, and math. Every child has a unique personality with amazing strengths, and weakness. As a tutor I love helping the student discover what those strengths are while improving their weakness. With patience, an open-mind, and constant encouragement, improvement in student academic performance, in general study skills and organizational strategies will exceed expectations.
