Hi I'm Desha! I am a graduate of Tennessee State University with a degree in Finance. My past experiences include babysitting and nannying short term for a few families through Care. com, and referrals through family members. I usually make food for the children, provide activities to keep them occupied, and organize nap time. While in school I volunteered at the after school program near my school, watching children ages 4-10, helping them with homework, snacks, and after school activities. Desha replied quickly which was much appreciated because of the short notice between when my request was initiated and when help was needed. She and I were able to talk in advance and I knew right away she was a good fit for our family. She played with my nephew and kept him occupied the entire time I was away which is a big task when watching a 7 year old little boy. This match was truly a win-win.
