We had a set date planned for her to come and sit my children She seemed enthusiastic came to visit my family and before she left promised to share a Google calender with all that we discussed with their activities included. I had to reach out to her to discover she was no longer going to take the job just one week before she was needed. I found that to be very unprofessional and would not recommend anyone doing business with someone who can't commit especially when it comes to childcare.
