About Deseray

hello! my name is des, I have a very bubbly personality that is known to be infectious! I have two younger sisters with fairly big age gaps, which means I have been a built in babysitter since my sisters were born! My first paid job was actually babysitting when I was 16, I did it for a year, taking care of neighbors kids and family friends kids. I have moved out of my parents home, and out of the state, about a year ago and have been missing my siblings and am looking to make some company! l've built in lots of skills that will keep your kids safe and sound which include attention to detail, awareness, and communication. I am very experienced in keeping a relaxed composure that allows me to deal with conflict in a non-confrontational manner. I don't get upset easily, it's not in my nature. I am a great listener and communicator making it easier for parents to feel comfortable and trust that I will attend to theirs and their kids wants and needs!
