About Deresha

I am a friendly and patient childcare worker with almost three years of experience. My passion to work with kids started when I would enjoy helping with the youth group at my church and going on mission trips during the summer to help teach kids during vacation Bible school. I desire to make a positive impact on children's lives, supporting families and providing a reliable childcare option for them. With my calm and imaginative nature, I create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun. I believe in open communication and follow the parents' preferred method to ensure we are on the same page about their child's well-being. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, ensuring a structured and consistent routine for the children in my care. I love engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, and puzzles, fostering their physical and mental development. I have a car and am available to care for two children between the ages of one and five.
