About Dereka

I have gained experience as a Caregiver, from providing care for my immobilized Uncle. My role includes preparing meals that he enjoys, primarily lunch and dinner, helping him with hygiene routines, and keeping his space clean and comfortable. I usually sit with him throughout the day watching Tv, or completing homework, and we have the best conversations whenever i'm tidying up the house. Providing this care has strengthened my sense of responsibility and taught me how meaningful it is to show up for someone who depends on you.
