About Dereka

I am a caring and responsible 19-year-old childcare provider with two years of hands-on experience working in a daycare setting. During this time, I supported children of various age groups by creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where they could learn and grow. I assisted with daily routines such as feeding, diaper changes, nap time, and engaging children in educational and creative activities. I also helped manage group activities, encouraged positive behavior, and built strong relationships with both children and parents through clear communication and trust. My experience has strengthened my patience, creativity, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
