About Denise

I have been in the health care field for almost 30 years. I co-owned a small personal care home with my sister for many years. I have traveled to foreign countries and taught school in a one room school in Honduras and ran a coffee house on Roatan, Honduras. I have done many private duty jobs in the Pittsburgh and New Castle areas and have experience with Alzheimer's, dementia, strokes, Parkinson's, as well as broken hips and other ailments that affect the elderly. I also do housekeeping, laundry and cooking and whatever else is necessary to make my clients life a little easier. I treat each client as I would want my own mother to be treated. I do not talk on the phone while at work, nor do I bring my personal problems to work. I am honest and trustworthy. I do not come late and I do not leave early. I do not call off sick unless it is a true emergency. Since I am older, I feel I am able to relate better to the clients I am working with and they relate better with me!
