Denise was absolutely wonderful, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From the start, her communication was excellent! She was very responsive and proactive, even offering to FaceTime before her first job, which immediately put me at ease. She asked thoughtful, detailed questions that clearly reflected her experience caring for children, and her positive attitude made a great impression right away. She cared for my 6-month-old for about 8 hours and handled everything with patience and confidence. My baby was teething and not the easiest to settle, but Denise managed it calmly. She stayed attentive and engaged the entire time. Overall, she is reliable, experienced, and genuinely caring. I would absolutely hire her again and highly recommend her to any family looking for someone they can trust with their little ones.
