About Denise

For 42 years, I've dedicated myself to caring for children and families, including children with disabilities. As a pediatric and family practice nurse /school nurse, I have nurtured children's potential and fostered their growth and development. I believe each child is unique in their talents and gifts. My passion lies in making a positive impact on young lives. I am patient, creative, and friendly, and I find joy in playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities with children. I raised 4 children and now have time to assist families with childcare. I'm comfortable caring for 1-6 children across various age groups. I have a BSN/graduate school experience. I prioritize clear communication with parents, adapting to your preferred method, and I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I have a car and am comfortable with pets and home care. I hope to create a safe, fun, and enriching environment where your children can thrive.
