Demmi is amazing! We hired her as a nanny for our then 7 month old son - he loved her! She is patient and gentle, and knows what she is doing as a caregiver. She was always on time, and would come early or stay late when needed. She was also comfortable with our two dogs being around. I was really bummed about letting her go when we moved, but would hire her again in a heartbeat if I had the chance!
