"Dee" provided excellent care for my elderly mother, greatly enhancing the quality of my mother's life (and mine). She is responsible, reliable, exercises excellent judgment, and is kind, caring, generous, hard-working and fun. She loves her work and it shows. She took the time to get to know my mother's interests, preferences, and needs, which led to the formation of a strong and beautiful bond. She was a godsend to my family. I couldn't recommend her any more highly.

Dee is extraordinary.  Not only is she reliable, but she helped organize (and supervise) a whole care team for my mother.  For several years she took great care of her, drove her around places. Towards the end, after her stroke, Dee was the only one consistently able to get my 95 year old mom to eat.  You and your relative would be very fortunate to hire her.

Hiring Demetric -- Dee, as well call her -- from Care.com over two years ago was the best single decision I've made in several decades. She was literally and figuratively a lifesaver for my mother, who just passed away at age 96, and she became a great friend of the entire family. She didn't just care for my mother, she nurtured her, she enriched her life. In our case, not only did she take on the vast majority of day shifts, but she assembled and managed an extraordinary 24/7/365 team so that I never had to worry about my mother's care, not for one minute. Not for one minute! Do you realize what a blessing that was? I still can't get over how lucky I was. She is wonderful: Caring, loving, utterly responsible, punctual (always early, actually.) I simply cannot say enough about how lucky you will be if you hire her. I have never, ever recommended anyone as enthusiastically as I recommend her.

Dee is the good standard. Absolutely amazing. Bighearted, smart, organized, utterly reliable. She takes care of my 95-year-old mother who has dementia. I feel incredibly lucky. She also has a network. I have zero complaints, just praise.

Employers beware!! She is a total back stabber and fickle as can be. A horrible experience that devastated my mother. She left my mother stranded with no care at all for 3 days with no explanation. It is incomprehensible to befriend a senior the way she did and then treat them like that. If you choose to hire her, I suggest you have a backup cause she might just smile in your face and tell you how amazing and perfect the job is, and then walk out the very next day with no explanation. If I could give her zero stars I would.

Dee is an amazing individual.  She is warm, caring, efficient and highly capable.  Dee helped me out with my 85 year old mother for several weeks while mom was staying with me.  I don't know what I would have done without her.  I could see a difference in my mother's demeanor and mobility after working with Dee for just a few weeks.  I cannot recommend her highly enough!

She's a wonderful care giver.  Dee (as I call her) is always positive and cheerful which is very helpful when I'm having a bad day.  It's important to know that she cares for her patients and is concerned about their well being.  She has a gift when you are in need and helps you focus on the positive.  You will be more than happy if you hire her.

Dee R worked for my stepfather at the end of his life and helped him in many many ways not only medically but with his computer needs My stepfather thought the world of her as did my Mother After he passed Dee helped my Mother till the end of her life with several tasks mostly with her accounts My Mother had great love and Respect for her  My Mother also thought highly of her children whom Dee has raised with just as much care as any of her clients. I think of Dee with great admiration and love for what she did fit my parents and I would not hesitate to hire her in any capacity in the future
