About Delmi

I cannot recommend Delmi (“Mimi”) highly enough. Mimi has been part of our family’s life since 2013, when she began caring for my children, who were then an infant, a preschooler, and an early elementary schooler. More than a decade later, she remains one of the best people we’ve ever welcomed into our home. She is loving, dependable, patient, and incredibly attentive with children. She always engaged my kids, whether reading books, playing games, doing crafts, taking them to activities or the park, preparing meals, helping with baths and bedtime, or simply making them feel safe and loved. My children absolutely adored her, and even years later they still speak about her with tremendous affection. Mimi is also exceptionally organized and proactive. She helped with children’s laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, light household tasks, and keeping our busy household running smoothly. She has an amazing ability to see what needs to be done without being asked. One of the things I appreciated most was her reliability and flexibility. She was consistently on time, trustworthy, and willing to help whenever our schedule changed, which, as any working parent knows, was invaluable. Since our children no longer needed regular childcare, I have continued recommending Mimi whenever friends or family have been looking for someone special. Most recently, my sister hired Mimi to care for her young son. Like us, she found Mimi to be irreplaceable and happily kept her well beyond the years she originally expected because it was simply impossible to imagine replacing her. Hiring Mimi was one of the very best parenting decisions we made. If you’re looking for someone who will genuinely love your children while providing exceptional care and support for your family, I recommend her without reservation. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
