About Delisa

I'm Delisa. I'm a pet care provider and active animal shelter volunteer who believes animals deserve thoughtful, attentive care, not just someone stopping by to fill a bowl. My hands-on experience at the shelter has given me real skills: reading animal body language, handling anxious and reactive dogs, administering medication, and caring for seniors who need extra patience. I bring that same care into every home I visit. I also created Safe Landing because I kept seeing dogs come back to the shelter after a week or two, not because the adopter didn't care, but because they didn't have support during the hardest part. I wanted to change that. I live in Redmond with my own dog, Goose, who taught me most of what I know about patience, reactivity, and the power of showing up consistently.
