Delicia had agreed to be a nanny for my kids and knew I had struggled finding a consistent person. She told me to pick her for the position and made me feel like it'd be different. She came inconsistently and did not show up for two days consecutively without any communication until after the fact when she asked to be paid via Apple Pay for the days she did show up. I then asked her if she'd be really able to commit and no response. I lost 4 days of work because of her not showing up and it just all could have been avoided if I had went with someone more reliable.
