We were fortunate enough to have her caring for our son (now 14 months) and another baby of similar age for the last 9 months rotating between the two families homes. She planned engaging and age appropriate activities, easily adapted to their changing nap schedules, guided them from bottles to table food and kept communications lines clear and open throughout the day. Her knowledge and expertise in early childhood education was apparent in programming, structure and support she provided for our children in our home.
