It has been an absolute pleasure caring for, nurturing, and watching children grow into amazing people for the pass 12 years. I've had the pleasure of working for amazing families and corporations including nannying for the Washington Nationals for 3 seasons and has served as the infant nursery care giver for Sunday services at Bradely Hills Presbyterian Church for 11 years. As a graduate of Duke Ellington School Of the Arts and 3 years completed at Virginia State University majoring in Music Education I often use music, arts and crafts, dramatic play, and just plain fun to help children learn and navigate thru life's adventures. I have made it my mission as a nanny to always communicate daily progress and activities, collaborate with parents to best accommodate their children's needs, and just be a support in anyway. Becoming a mom of my now almost 2-year-old has only deepened my passion to teach, motivate and offer loving care to children.

Del Carla has faithfully worked as a caregiver in our church nursery for over ten years. As her supervisor, I have been thrilled with both her professionalism and her ability to nurture each child in her care. Week after week, she demonstrates a deep love for the children in her interactions with them. She is able to understand each child's personality and accommodate to their needs with the care she provides. She works extremely well alongside two other nursery staff members, demonstrating her teamwork and collaboration skills.
