Delaney was instantly easy to feel comfortable with. I particularly liked how she took initiative. If she had a down moment (like when my son was preoccupied with our housekeeper), she looked for ways to be helpful, asking if she could fold laundry, etc. Delaney is smart and skilled. She is capable of childcare, personal assisting, scheduling, organization, home assisting, light housekeeping and more.
