Hello!! My name is Delaney I am 22 years old living on the east side of Indianapolis near IPS #44. I currently am an instructional assistant in Lawrence township. This will be my second year working with students with special needs. With this I have an understanding of cognitive, social, and motor skill development. Education and learning are very important to the growth of a baby. I am currently going to school to get my degree in education as well. I have been a nanny in the past for a 1 and 2-year-old.
