About Delaney

I like working with kids because I enjoy being part of their growth! It's so fun helping them learn new things and create enjoyable activities to do together! I find it really rewarding to help them learn and feel supported! I started working with kids when I was 15 years old. I started as a babysitter and then once I was able to drive, I began nannying! I also worked at a daycare/preschool in my area for 5 years, where I worked with kids from 3 months old to 12 years old! I focus on creating a safe and supportive environment! I stay patient during challenging moments and I like to make sure routines that are already in place are followed! I connect well with kids because I can match their energy and engage with them in a way that feels natural and fun!
