Hello! I started off babysitting for family and friends at about 13 years old and since then I have expanded to anyone in need of a caregiver. I have experience working at a daycare center where I was an assistant teacher for children 3 to 4 years old. At the daycare I enjoyed helping the children with crafts, reading, and outdoor activities. I also have a couple years of experience with special needs children along with infants. We interviewed Delaney for a full-time nanny position for our two girls. She showed up to the interview on-time and did a great job. We asked questions around her top 3 responsibilities as a nanny, what she considers a healthy meal, and how she handles discipline with children in her care. She had very good answers to all questions. Delaney is worth an in-person interview to determine if she is a good fit for your family. We interviewed 3 candidates. All 3 candidates were VERY close. Ultimately opted to go with someone who had a little more experience, but it was a very hard decision. Delaney would be a great hire!
