About Delaney

Hello! I l moved to Salem in December after growing up in Coos Bay and I'm so excited to continue working and bonding here! When working with children, empathy, communication, and safety are the most important to me. I love nature outings as well as any activity that can help kiddo/baby use necessary skills and reach developmental milestones. While healthy development is important to me in terms of motor, speech and skills alike; it is also extremely important that any child I am caring for feels understood and knows that they matter. I am here to truly nurture them and make sure their experience in this world is full of love and fun! I am happy to provide my resume and references if it seems like we may be a good fit after talking about the family, schedule, etc.
