Delaney has worked with our family for 3.5 years watching our now 3.5 year old and 6.5 year old. She is great with the boys and receptive to implementing requests and strategies to use with them. She is creative with activities and meal prep. She communicates any concerns and updates as needed. Our boys love her -- she comes highly recommended.
