About Delaney

During my time working in child care, I have had the privilege of nurturing and guiding children through critical stages of their development. My experience includes creating and implementing age-appropriate educational activities, fostering a safe and stimulating environment, and attending to each child's individual emotional and physical needs. I have worked closely with parents to ensure open communication and collaboration, and have developed skills in behavior management, conflict resolution, and developmental milestone assessment.
