About Delainey

I'm a motivated and dependable recent high school graduate with experience working with elementary-aged students. I enjoy working with kids because I grew up babysitting for my family, so it comes naturally to me. I love getting to know each child's personality, building connections, and creating a fun, safe environment where they can learn and be themselves. Since I was 15, I've cared for children from under 1 to 12 years old, helping with meals, diapers, naps, homework, playtime, and daily routines. I also worked with Read Alliance, providing one-on-one reading support and helping students build confidence and improve their reading skills. I'm patient, understanding, dependable, and a fast learner. I do my best with clear expectations and a consistent schedule, and I'm available to work part-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
