About Dejuana

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, loving, driven. I like working with kids because I enjoy being apart of the growth you see when they hit certain milestones. I enjoy playing with them and talking with them to better understand them. I believe kids are smarter than people give them credit for. I'm looking for a job that communicates and wants what's best for their family. I want the kids to feel safe and loved within the environment. I started working with kids once I graduated from college. I started in a preschool which gave me a chance to babysit kids full-time. In my spare time, I like to dance and spend time with my cat while reading him a good book. One thing you should know about me is I take a lot of pride in the way I care for children and I want nothing but the best for them and for the parents as well. I want the parents to be able to breath when I'm around knowing I can help. My skills include outside exercise, reading and learning material, arts and crafts.
