I love animals! Dogs and cats are some of my best friends! I have 3 dogs of my own, all rescues, and they are amazing. I have done foster care for the Humane Society for years and have been blessed to be able to do so. I also worked at a pet resort/boarding facility and learned so much during my time there. I am energetic, friendly, dependable and am always willing to roll up my sleeves to get the job done. My work is efficient and thorough and I care for each and every animal exactly as it were my own!

We hired Deidra as a 24-hour live-in caregiver to help with my mom in the last 6 months of her life. But Deidra is so much more than a caregiver. I prayed for someone like her to come into our lives. In terms of taking care of my mom, Deidra managed her meds, changed her, provided 24-hour loving companion care, cooked delicious meals based on my mom's changing needs, helped us manage supplies, and effectively communicated with our nurse and other hospice professionals. She did everything! AND Deidra quickly became integrated into our family. Because my mom lived here with me and my 9 year old son, Deidra became part of our daily flow. When she could, she helped me with my son; she's a helped so much with our dog, Jack; she helped me around the house- including the plants in our patio garden. Deidra is very trustworthy, loving and experienced. She is also very sensitive to finding a balance and flow with families - which is so very hard especially during COVID.
