With over 10 years of caregiving experience, I am passionate about helping individuals maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence. My experience includes nursing homes, assisted living, and live-in care. I assist with bathing, dressing, personal care, mobility, walking, companionship, and dementia care. I have also worked alongside therapists, assisting with walking and range-of-motion exercises as directed. I enjoy cooking healthy, delicious meals and am food-handler certified. I can also help with errands, appointments, and daily activities. I hold a college degree and bring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to my work.
