Dee has been our full time nanny for our now 11-month old for the past 6+ months and it will leave such a hole in our family when we say goodbye to move out of state. Dee is reliable, loving, observant, funny, flexible and smart. She's a good communicator, always thoughtful and collaborative with even our quirkiest requests and our daughter just adores her. Dee has really become a part of our family and the smile that comes on our daughter's face when Dee arrives (and sings the good morning song) every day is exactly what I'd hoped for from a nanny relationship. We'll be sad to lose her and know any family would be incredibly lucky to have their children in her care.
