About Debra
Experience: 10 yrs
In the past 10 years I have been a caregiver for seniors and children. I'm a single mother of a now 28-year-old and raised him on my own. I have also been a sitter for my younger nephews who range in age from 3 years to 23 years old. I have the compassion, love, patience, and desire to care for both children and the elderly. I engage with my patients/children in age and situation appropriate activities. My last position for the past 15 months I was a mother's helper for an autistic boy. Along side his mother and grandmother, I provided for his needs as well as the needs of the home. It was a very rewarding time that taught me more patience and compassion than I had prior. I am looking for not only to be a sitter but a role model and friend.

Debra helped our family with providing my Dad with his end of life Hospice care. She was very respectful of my Dad's needs and treated him with the dignity we hoped for. Debra was very caring, she also assisted with my Mom in her dealing with her grief. She provided much needed comfort care. I would highly recommend Debra.
