My husband and I are licensed for Foster care so have ALL the background checks.... we have also adopted our now 13-year-old. Debbie is a caring and trustworthy person. Having taught in the public schools, she has experience working with children of varying ages, personalities, and needs. Debbie always manages to establish a positive rapport-- even with individuals that are considered to be a challenge or "hard to reach". Debbie is trustworthy and punctual.
