I'm currently taking care of a 4+ year old (She turns 5 on January 3, 2024) little girl. Both of her parents work from home. I've been with this family since J was approximately 2. 5 months old. I absolutely love this family and I am very comfortable being there. At this point, I'm another member of their family. I also take care of their cat when they travel. Before the job listed above, I took care of 2 kids in Amesbury (little boy was 2-3 yrs old and little girl was 2-3 months old). I was with this family a little while before they decided to move to Wakefield. I did commute for a couple times and then decided that it was too far. I have experience in various settings. Deb was our nanny from the time our daughter was about 3 months old- 2 years and became such an important part of our family during this time. When our daughter was a baby she prepared bottles and handled nap times- even when our daughter was very difficult to put to bed and required lots of rocking and bouncing. As she grew up, Deb read to her often, always engaged in creative play at home, and eventually was driving her to library story times and other activities around the area as well as doing her laundry and preparing healthy homemade snacks for her. We grew to trust Deb completely with our daughter and they formed such a special bond. Deb was incredibly respectful of our parenting style and was always calm and compassionate with our daughter. We would happily recommend her to any family!
