I graduated Cañada College in 1998 with an E. C. E. certificate and an A. S. degree with a major in Early Childhood Education. I worked at Children's Corner Childcare Center from August 1999 until my husband and I moved to Nevada City in June of 2022. I have been teaching preschool in Grass Valley since August 2022. I have really enjoyed teaching as long as I have, but now I'm ready for a change. I pride myself on helping little ones become independent. I love the look they get on their faces when they realize that they can do something all by themselves. "I CAN DO IT!" is a phrase I never get tired of hearing! I am nurturing and fair and when your child is in my care, they will be safe and loved. I am CPR certified & will be available for work after August 25, 2024.
