About Debra

Hi! My name is Debi and I am a professionally trained infant/toddler development specialist and loving nanny. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Early Childhood Education. I have previously worked with children ages 6 weeks to 4 years at West Point Military Academy, taught pre-school, and contributed to the after-school program. I am familiar with stages of development and believe in learning through play as well as instruction. I teach creative imagination/learning games, I am well versed in learning through arts and crafts and hands-on exploration. I am very nurturing and loving (and silly) and have unlimited patience with children of all ages. I motivate manners, etiquette and integrity and take pride in giving the children in my care the fundamentals to become great adults. I have impeccable references, my own vehicle(s), don't mind cooking, cleaning, laundry, bathing, field trips, travel, etc. and I love animals of all types. CPR certified. Non smoker
