The first family I was hired to nanny for went from 1 newborn to 4 years later and 2 more newborns!! I then moved to a family with a newborn and 2year old and currently Im caring for a baby that i've taken care of since he was 4 weeks old. First I was the night nanny until his mom returned to work and I then moved to days.
