About Deborah

I am a semi-retired critical care nurse who loves children! I also enjoy helping the elderly-they have the most interesting stories to tell. I enjoy spending time with children. Everything they experience is so fresh and new. I have babysitting experience with my family's children. I have cared for ages 3 months through 11 years old. I enjoy crafting, reading and games. I am a responsible person who treats others' children as I would treat my own. I feel it is important to establish a trusting relationship with both children and their parents. This promotes a comfort level as I care for the children. I am extremely reliable and prompt. I have a great deal of life experience to share. I also feel that besides having fun with children it is important to encourage and teach whenever possible. I am able to administer medications and emergency care whenever needed. I am also a pet caregiver who is an avid animal lover! I have owned dogs as long as I can remember, and have been fostering two adult cats for the last year. My dogs have had health issues which required oral, topical and injectable meds . I would welcome the opportunity to care for your loved one, two or four legged!
