About Deborah

It is my absolute pleasure to recommend Deborah C. ("Dee Dee") as a nanny. Deborah has been with our family since December 1, 2025, caring for our daughter over the past nine months. During her time with us, she has become so much more than a caregiver—she has become an extension of our family. Dee Dee is vibrant, loving, nurturing, and incredibly intentional in the way she cares for children. Instead, she took the initiative to research it, learn from trusted resources, and return with thoughtful ideas and activities she could incorporate into our daughter's routine. Her willingness to grow alongside the children she cares for reflects both her professionalism and her genuine desire to provide the very best care possible. Our daughter absolutely adores her. The bond they share is a testament to Dee Dee's warmth, patience, and ability to connect with children on a meaningful level. Every day, it was clear that our daughter was not only cared for but truly known and cherished. Beyond her exceptional care for our child, Dee Dee is reliable, punctual, flexible, and incredibly accommodating. She consistently went above and beyond what was expected of her, always willing to help wherever needed—even with tasks that fell well outside of her job description. Having her in our home was effortless; she is respectful, easy to be around, and brought a positive, calming presence into our daily lives. One of the aspects we will cherish most is the genuine relationship we built together. Dee Dee welcomed us into her life just as we welcomed her into ours. We had the opportunity to get to know her family, meet her grandchildren, and share in each other's day-to-day lives. That mutual care and trust made her presence in our home feel incredibly special. While we are incredibly sad to see Dee Dee leave our family, we are equally grateful for the love, wisdom, and joy she brought into our home. We know she will make the same lasting impact on the next family fortunate enough to have her. Any family would be fortunate to have Dee Dee caring for their children. She brings professionalism, heart, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to helping children thrive.
