When my mother, who I took cared for many years, passed away, I knew that I wanted to stay in senior care. It is important for me to give back to my elders-with time, care and companionship. I started working at an Assisted Living Facilities seven years ago. I have been fortunate enough to work with wonderful people, learning how to bring personal care, such as: bathing, dressing, checking vital signs and light housekeeping. I can also help with preparing meals, doctors appoinments and transportation. I have experience in dealing with clients with dementia and alzheimer, familiar with mood swing.

Debora has been a caregiver for my mom since August 2021. I am so grateful for how well Debora has taken care of my mom, Dora. She treats my mom like her own grandmother. My mom has been paranoid all her life and has a hard time trusting people, she also has dementia. Debora is experienced in dealing with clients with dementia. Debora is very patient, attentive and has taken excellent care of my mom. It took no time for Debora to gain the trust of my mom. Debora is kind and loves helping people. Debora has assisted my mom with hygiene, showers, sponge baths, dressing, grooming, preparing light meals, laundry walks, and stands by her to make sure she doesn't fall. Debora has also taken my mom on outings and taken her shopping. Debora also takes my mom to doctors and dentist appointments. Dora would look forward to when Debora would come to the house. Dora's funds are running out, so we are in the process of moving her to an assisted home. I can no longer afford to pay for 24-hour
